• to verify whether the user is 18 years or over;

• for record keeping and administrative purposes;
• to provide information about you to our contractors, employees, consultants, agents or other third parties for the purpose of providing services to you; and
• to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements with third parties.

5. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may share your personal information and/or your children’s personal information with third parties we work with, such as retailers, cloud-providers, contractors and other third parties located inside or outside of Australia, to provide you with our services. If we do so, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipient deals with such personal information in a manner consistent with how we deal with it.
As part of agreeing to this privacy policy, you consent to the sharing of your and your children’s personal and sensitive information with these third parties as required to provide you with the services.

We will only collect this sensitive information where you consent and provide us with this information. If you consent, your sensitive information may only be used and disclosed for purposes relating to providing you with our services.
Your sensitive information may also be used or disclosed to comply with our legal obligations.
7. SELLING DE-IDENTIFIED PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may sell composite, de-identified data that includes aspects of your personal information and sensitive information with our partners or the public for various reasons such as fitness and wellness research or reports. This de-identified data cannot be linked back to you and will not contain any information about your location, name, date of birth, or any other information that could be used to ascertain your identity.
As part of agreeing to this privacy policy, you consent to the sharing of your and your children’s personal and sensitive information for this purpose.

We take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is secure and protected from misuse or unauthorised access.
